Staff supportive - very hard job - I take my my hat off to you! Lovely clean rooms.

Doctors communication documents in room so we (family) know whats been said/going on.

I find the staff and doctors give me all there best of knowledge about treatment and going forward they give me all the care I need.

There is now improvement to be made. They all ready provide an excellent service to all who stay here.

All staff very kind and considerate felt included and informed of any decision being made with my care. The atmosphere of the hospice was very calm and peaceful which reduced anxiety, nothing was too much, everyone went out above and beyond to meet my needs.

For all the reasons indicated overleaf. The support offered not only to myself but stole family. For the time everyone took listening to our concerns and the support in how I was cared for and of course support for my daughter wedding.

All of the staff were helpful and kind. Doctors gave us honest advice and information.

Better A/C system in the room. It was hard to get the temperature right sometimes.

My experience at the hospice comes at a time. When I was very stressed with my husband who is in later stages of alzheimer's - it has helped me by coming there.
